This EFT for anxiety script can be used at either the basic or the advanced level, depending on what we are trying to achieve.

By following this procedure, you can generally expect to feel better quickly. Continue tapping until your physiological responses and thoughts settle.
This generally works well enough, but the results do not last.
The fear will likely reoccur.
For this reason, it is best to master EFT to an advanced degree, so that the anxiety can be permanently removed.
