When your all-encompassing pain is great, it may happen that you identify with it, that it lives through you, that in effect it becomes you while you become the food it lives on.
If you do not come to grips with emotional pain from the past, that very pain at a subconscious level will attract still more suffering into your life.
You will be addicted to drama and tragedy, and your life will be full of sadness, anger and resentment. This is because the past pain within you will call forth the same emotional environment in the present and future.
Until your suffering becomes too great and you finally say STOP.
Until you have had enough.
Once that happens, it will be time to let this pain out of the body,
step by step, and say goodbye to it once and for all.
However, until
then, your unconscious mind will draw more and more pain to itself, and
you will then assume the role either of victim or of perpetrator,
inflicting pain on others.
Although you may say you no longer
want pain, your life will show you that, at an unconscious level, you
are still striving for it, both for yourself and for others.
Maybe
right now is the time to stop and be done with this awful pattern.
Have
a good, hard, honest look at yourself and commit to fully facing every
pain you feel in the very instant it occurs, no matter how much it
hurts.
Do not be afraid of emotional pain, and do not run away from it — face it!
Feel it, and use EFT as anxiety disorder self help to release it.
Cry it out if you need to, but do not keep feeding it and hiding it in the dark corners of your body and mind.
Whatever
you do, do not try to transfer it to the people closest to you. These
are your feelings and it is your responsibility to change them.
Emotional pain does not bring you any benefit either.
I do not mean to scare you, but we all know that accumulated negative emotions not only cause physical pain, but in the long run also serious physical illness.
Why not free your mind, heart and body from all this negativity?
Why not have better relationships ?
Why not raise your children to be emotionally free and self-assured?
Why not break with the long tradition of being a victim of life and its circumstances?
Why not cleanse your whole system of negativity and find the courage to pursue your dreams and live life to the fullest?
In short, why not be happy?
And why not start today?
